Even better, they bring it to the door. We probably have 1 in 10 restaurant meals out, mostly just order in. Still, mostly I cook - this weekend was turkey soup (last of the frozen Thanksgiving) and mapo tofu. We are unusual in this town in that we use our kitchen.

If I lived in the city I’d still do most of my own cooking... it adds up quickly and even then I try not to eat out more than twice a week

Yeah - lunch near work is always 10 bucks, cheapest delivered food is generally $25-30 plus tip. OTOH, Fairway has a $10 off coupon twice a month if you spend $50 or more on that shop. Excellent value.

Ah too bad there isn’t a fairway near me... I live and work on Long Island though
